Meet Market Drayton's Town Crier
Geoff Russell is Market Drayton's new Town Crier.
Geoff has lived in Market Drayton for the last 20 years
and runs a local driving school. He is a member of
ROSPA and the Royal Society for the Prevention
of Accidents.
In has spare time Geoff raises funds for Hope House
Hospice, a Childrens' Hospice at Oswestry.
Each year he organises Carols by the Canal at
Market Drayton.
Geoff is a member of the Ancient and Honorable Guild
of Town Criers, and is proud to have been chosen to
represent Market Drayton.
The Town Crier will be delighted to see you
at local events organised by the Town Council.
